Precious Khumalo
Founder/Director

Precious is the founder of Grayson Reed Consulting. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she established the company and assembled a dynamic team of professionals with skills, knowledge and experience in Finance, Information Technology, Management Consulting and Business Administration to spearhead innovation and efficiency within the consulting space in Johannesburg. She is a seasoned entrepreneur with business interests ranging from retail to management consulting.

Her areas of expertise include Retail, Social Media Management, Marketing, New Venture Creation, Conflict Resolution and Stakeholder Management.

Trust Maturure
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Trust helps the business by assisting clients overcome the challenges faced with regards to business process optimisation, project management, financial control and risk management.

Trust applies his unconventional thinking and problem-solving abilities to influence dynamic changes that result in sustainable efficiencies. He is a decisive leader who guides high-functioning teams to achieve improved output pertinent to key decision making. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) from the University of South Africa.

His consulting areas of expertise include Management Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, Risk Management, Financial Control and Reporting and Project Management

Sam Chatambudza
Chief Financial Officer

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Sam is in the business of achieving maximum possible results from optimum, yet productive application of available resources. She is a solution driven individual , able to orchestrate complex requirements and work environments into real-world solutions to bring about increases in client satisfaction statistics, fewer channel conflicts and greater efficiencies for the organisation.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) degree from the University of South Africa. She completed her articles at a firm in Pretoria in 2014.

Areas of expertise include Financial Reporting, Financial Modelling, Risk Management, Establishing systems of Financial Control, Project Management and Implementation.

Taahir Ramchandra
Head Business Analyst

Taahir is responsible for the continued innovation and success of Grayson Reed Consulting’s business processes and reporting. Taahir manages the development of relationships with new and existing customers, to foster long-lasting successful business ventures.

Previously, Taahir has experience at the big 4 South African banks, including investment banks such as RMB and Investec where he managed teams spearheading new system integrations and implemented the latest risk management techniques.

Taahir currently holds various certifications in analysis and programming languages. Taahir completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance, Risk, and Investments at Rhodes University and is a candidate for the CFA level 3 exam (June 2019).

His areas of expertise include Process Optimisation, Systems Engineering, Strategic Planning, Reporting and Quality Assurance.

Vusi Ndlovu
Project Lead

Vusi is a seasoned management consultant who has over 10 years’ experience in management consulting with specific focus in areas such as systems development, process development and improvement, auditing and project management.

He has been responsible for leading project portfolios including experience managing large, complex multi-dimensional projects both in the public and private sector. He is a motivated, personable business professional. He is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, stakeholder interaction, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure tasks remain on schedule and comply with established processes.

He holds the following qualifications:
Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) from the University of South Africa;
Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) a globally recognised body for professional accountants;
Certified Internal Auditor; and
Holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Catherine Sebati
Director – Consortium Operations

In her career, Catherine has dedicated herself to people development. Before joining the project, she held positions as a Learning and Development Practitioner at the Financial Intelligence Centre and in Quality Assurance within Learning and Development at the Royal Bafokeng Institute. Her time in the field spans almost a decade in varying capacities.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Human Resources from the University of South Africa and also holds a diploma in Labour Relations from Tshwane University of Technology.

Her consulting areas of expertise include Skills Development, Learning and Learning Programmes, Human Resource Management, Public Relations and Labour Relations.

Lindiwe Ramorotho
Head of Operations

Lindiwe oversees the Operations and Implementation function of the Consortium project by managing assignments, scheduling, recruitment and ensuring that the Consortium is continually working towards providing our clients with solutions tailored to meet their needs.

She is a talented young-achiever with fresh ideas about Management Consulting and the role it plays in growing small businesses. With her work experiences at recognised firms she gained valuable insight into how all specialties feed into a strategic outcome and within her role in the Consortium, she applies this for maximum results.

Lindiwe holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Marketing the University of South Africa. Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Operations Management.

Dunmore Kavenga
Senior Financial Analyst

Dunmore is the Consortium Senior Finance Analyst. Relatively new to the team, he has quickly grasped all the components of the project and rendered himself to staff and clients alike as a proactive resource. He is responsible for the day to day Finance Operations as well as reporting and the overall success of the Consortium’s payment distribution and reporting. Dunmore mantra is to ensure that learners receive correct stipends and on time and he is driven to streamline processes around query management.

He has over 5 years of work experience in the Financial Services and Insurance industry where he personally managed the development and maintainance of stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients.

Dunmore holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) – Finance and Investments and is currently completing a Masters in Finance.
